Elite Accounting Services respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to eliteaccountingfs.com and to any text messages we send. Effective October 15, 2026.
Information we collect
When you submit our free quote or contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need help with, how you heard about us, and any message you send. With it, the form records the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We collect this so we can respond to your request and talk through how we can help.
Any financial, tax or payroll records you later share with us as a client are handled separately through our secure client portal, with care and confidentiality, and are never posted publicly or sold. This website itself does not ask you to submit sensitive financial documents through the form. Please do not put Social Security numbers or account numbers in the message box.
Like most websites, we may also collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit, through cookies and basic analytics. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we use your information

- Text messages, only if you opted in to them.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate our business, such as the services that host this website, run the client portal, process payments, and process form submissions, or when required by law.
Client portal and payments
The Client Portal link on this site opens TaxDome, and the Make a Payment link opens CPACharge. Each of those services has its own privacy policy that applies while you use it.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the pages. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them will not stop you from using the site.
Text messages (SMS)
We only send text messages to people who opt in. Giving us your phone number on its own does not sign you up for text messages. If you do opt in, we text you only about your request and the work we do for you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
